Describe a day at Quinns from when you first started: My early years was spent doing all the “dogs body” jobs, fetch, clean, carry. Then I had a promotion to washing the trucks on Saturday and Sundays 😊.

What do you do away from work: Love to Watch Moto GP -#MM93, also going away in our motorhome on a weekend and walking our dog Sullivan.

Favourite Food: All of it – but if I had to choose – Indian
